This was a shop pole building that was used for both welding and mechanic work. The property has lots of off street parking for vehicles etc. Around two acres o with this but there is a gas well right of way you have to keep open. City water is available. No facilities on site for restroom. Tenant would have to rent a port a potty. The owner are out of state and we manage this property and there are three trailers we rent out on lower level so need courtesy for our tenants. Just a few minutes from town.
